Who We Are

We Thought Gyms Could Be Better.

Better coaching. Better support. A better environment. And a place where people who didn’t already consider themselves “gym people” could genuinely feel like they belonged.

That’s why we built Livfit.

We’ve both spent much of our lives around sport, coaching and gyms. And over the years we noticed something; the fitness industry was very good at catering for people who already enjoyed gyms. But not always very good at helping everyone else.

You could pay for membership. You could access all the equipment. But knowing what to do, building confidence and actually staying consistent? That is often left entirely up to you.

We wanted to build something different.

The Founders Behind Livfit

The Founders Behind Livfit

We’re Michael and Felicity Molloy,
a husband-and-wife team who have nurtured Livfit into the friendly, results-driven gym you see today.

Our backgrounds in sport taught us something else. People tend to perform better when they feel part of a team. A good coach doesn’t simply hand someone a programme. They observe. They teach. They encourage. They challenge. They adjust. And they help someone keep moving forward when things aren’t going perfectly.

That’s the coaching environment we’ve tried to recreate at Livfit.

We now lead a team of dedicated professionals who share our passion. Together, we ensure that the Livfit community remains a safe and encouraging space where you can pursue your fitness goals without hesitation.

Where the Idea Came From

Where the Idea Came From

Before opening Livfit, we spent years in various training environments, some great, many not.

A memorable experience was at 15 when Felicity entered an old-school bodybuilding gym. Despite its roughness, it radiated warmth. The owner was welcoming, members supported each other, and there was a strong emphasis on learning and building confidence. This shaped our vision.

Growing up in sports taught us the value of being part of a team and the importance of a supportive environment. Improvement happens through connection, not in isolation. We knew we needed to create something that built real connections, so we created Livfit.

Where the Idea Came From

Why We Focus On Adults Over 40

By the time many people reach their 40s, 50s and 60s, life has become busy.

Careers. Children. Parents. Responsibilities. And somewhere along the way, looking after yourself can fall further and further down the list.

Then one day you notice it. You’re not as strong as you used to be. Your energy has changed. Things feel stiffer. Your clothes fit differently. Or something that used to feel easy suddenly doesn’t.

That’s why we believe this stage of life is an incredibly important time to train. Not because you’re getting “old”, but because what you do now can have a huge influence on how capable you feel in the years ahead.

How 28 Days Can Kickstart A Stronger Future

Members all talk about it the same way. Clothes that fit differently. Energy they had forgotten was possible. Aches they had accepted as just getting older starting to ease off.
Sleeping better. Feeling sharper and walking a bit taller. Not a dramatic transformation. A shift that actually lasts because it was built on habits, not willpower.

Who We’re Here For

We’re here for the person who’s been meaning to get fitter for years. The person who doesn’t feel like they belong in a normal gym. The person who wants to become stronger but isn’t sure where to begin.

The person who’s tired of quick fixes. And the person who’s realised it’s time to start prioritising their own health again.

If that all sounds familiar, you’ll probably fit in very well here!
