3 x sessions per week at our private gym in Wavertree. Groups are small (max 6), sessions tailored to you.

Choose from 7 sessions a day, from 06:15-20:30 – ideal for shifts workers, parents, busy professionals.

1-On-1 Nutrition

Our nutritionist will help you repair your relationship with food and develop a healthy way of eating you can follow for life.

Healthy Habits, No Diets

We’ll show you how to lose weight and keep it off with flexible meal plans, easy recipes, and nutrition education.

An Allocated Trainer

Your coach will design and run your sessions, check ins, and be on hand throughout your 6 weeks.

Weekly Habit Stack

Each week covers a new positive habit for fat loss, sleep energy, mood and more. Learn how to eat for lifelong results.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE

This challenge is highly personalised, fully coached and is in person. It’s not a copy and paste system and you’re not left to your own devices. We meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be.

Lots of our members say they wish they’d started sooner. Don’t have that regret. Get started – we can always extend the 6 weeks by an additional week if you need to be away.

After the challenge, you’ll have the tools, resources, and new habits to stay in great shape. You can head off at that point, or you’ll be very welcome to stay on at Livfit – we offer a few different personal training and small group workout options.

We don’t believe in negative labels around eating. However you prefer to eat is fine by us. Our in-house nutritionist will work with you to find a healthy, sustainable way to eat well. And who knows, you may even overcome those challenging parts of our relationship with food.

That’s fine, your trainer will work closely with you to make sure you learn how (and why) to do every exercise with great form and technique

Please don’t worry, everyone is at a different stage with their strength and fitness. It’s not comparing, it’s about getting started and making progress. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how supportive this community is

That’s OK, this is a great place to learn. You don’t need any previous experience of working out in a gym, using weights, or any kind of fitness programme.

We don’t promote diets. This is a habits-based challenge where you’ll work with our nutritionist to improve your food habits and learn about healthier choices. You won’t have to weigh yourself if you don’t want to

We offer 7 sessions a day between 06:15 and 20:30. You can mix and match however you need to book via the app. Lots of our members are shift workers, parents, busy professionals and business owners.

We’re parents too, and we’ve seen how our own healthy eating habits can have a positive impact on the kids. We’ll show you how to eat healthy family friendly meals that are easy to make.
