No need to make up your own training plan or wonder what works best. Our friendly coaches will guide you through every training session, helping you understand the “why” as well as the “what”.

Workouts are just one of the tools. We’ll also help you with healthy habits around sleep, stress management, and active living. And our qualified nutritionist will guide you with lifestyle changes that suit your goals.

CLEAR PROGRESS

You’ll start with a goal-setting session with your coach, and have regular catch-ups to make sure you’re happy with the progress. Nothing here is left to chance or luck. That’s why our members get great results.

VARIED TIMETABLE

Parents, shift workers, business owners – we’ve got you. We offer sessions from 6am-9pm five days a week (and we’re open Saturdays too) so you can easily choose a time to suit you.

COACHING WITH A PLAN

Your training sessions will be tailored to you and adapted to keep you making progress. Your coach will gently challenge you to get fitter, stronger and more mobile.

The Livfit community is fun, friendly, and so supportive. Our gym attracts a certain kind of person, and people tend to forge friendships here. We all cheer each other on and celebrate every success (big and small!)

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
