Struggling With Nutrition
More Than the Training?

Nutrition is where most people get stuck. Not because it’s complicated, but because nobody’s ever actually walked them through it in a way that makes sense.

Come to our free nutrition workshops and start understanding your body and its needs.

What the Workshop Covers

What the Workshop Covers

No calorie spreadsheets, no meal plans that require you to eat the same sad chicken and rice for the rest of your life. Just a proper, honest conversation about the basics of nutrition; what
your body actually needs, what you should be leaning into, and how to approach it in a way that
fits your life.

You’ll leave knowing where to start and what to do next. That’s it. Simple, practical, and genuinely useful advice that slots into even the busiest lifestyles.

Why We Run These

LivFit was built on the idea that getting healthier shouldn’t feel exclusive, expensive, or intimidating. These workshops are part of that message. Come in, learn something useful and see what we’re all about.

Just good information, delivered by people who actually know their stuff, in a gym where everyone’s welcome.

Free Nutrition Workshops in Liverpool

The workshops are held right here at Livfit, where you’ll be surrounded by friendly faces, in a relaxed setting where you can ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask without feeling like you’re in a lecture.

Learning new habits doesn’t just happen overnight, but by showing up and getting involved in our nutrition workshops, you can learn how to fuel your body properly.
