The Livfit coaching team is led by husband and wife duo Michael and Felicity Molloy. We’ve got 15+ years experience in the fitness industry, and have helped 1000s of people in South Liverpool lose weight, love fitness, and make healthy living second nature. 

Let our coaches take you on a personalised journey at our private gym in Wavertree. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and has a real “second home” feel. The Livfit community says we’re knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and fun to be around.

QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR 28-DAY KICKSTART CHALLENGE

The way we do things is highly personalised and fully coached. It’s not a generic approach and you won’t be left to work things out yourself. We really want people to see results – and to enjoy it.

Essentially, you become a member for 28 days. You get the same goal setting and private consultation our full members get. The nutritionist support with healthy eating plan. The coach-led small group Personal Training (8 in total – we suggest 2 a week). As many of our group exercise classes as you want. Plus our supportive, friendly community.

Livfit in Wavertree is a private gym, which means only members can use it. There’s no public access. And we only do coach-led small group PT sessions. So you’ll always be able to access equipment and have enough space.

Yes – our ethos is personalised, coach-led guidance. Your PT sessions will be small group (max 6 people per session) and this means your coach can give you personal guidance, feedback, and advice.

That’s fine, we’re delighted to help you. Your coach will make sure you do the exercises that are best for you, and will help you learn proper technique to get fitter and stronger.

We don’t promote diets and we’ll never make anyone do something they’re not comfortable with. We promote sustainable, habits-based change. You’ll work with our nutritionist to adopt habits that support your goals.

You will be very welcome to join us after your 28 days, if you want. We’ll be in touch with you throughout (you’ll see us in the gym) so there will be plenty of time to talk about how it’s going and what you’d like to do next.
